Rejuvenate Rewards Program Changes

Effective February 9, 2022, For Life Products, LLC, is discontinuing both its online Rejuvenate® products shop (located at and the Rejuvenator Loyalty Program (the “Program”). This FAQ is designed to answer questions that Program members may have with respect to this action.

What Does This Mean for Me?

Effective immediately, purchases made from our website will no longer earn Program points (“Points”). In addition, participating in the “Share & Earn” element of the Program will no longer earn Points. Similarly, any and all other programs whereby Points could be earned are hereby terminated.

Until Midnight CST, February 8, 2022, you will still be able to order Rejuvenate products via our website (such as product availability), and you will be able to use Points accumulated in your Program account (“Account”) towards the purchase of those products. Beginning February 9, 2022, you will no longer be able to order products from our website.

Finally, you will have a limited amount of time to redeem your accumulated Points for a one-time monetary payment, as set forth below.

What Can I Do With My Accumulated Points?

If you do not wish to use your accumulated Points to order products via our website before February 9, 2022, you may elect to convert these Points into a one-time monetary payment. If you make this election as provided herein, you will receive a check for One Dollar ($1.00) for every ten (10) accumulated Points. You must, however, make this election as provided herein by no later than 5 pm CST, March 9, 2022.

I Wish to Receive a Payment for My Accumulated Points. What do I need to do?

First, log into your Account here: You will need to use the email address associated with your Account. If you have forgotten your password, follow the directions to reset your password. Your Account will show the number of accumulated Points you have.

Then, speak with a member of the Rejuvenate Consumer Care Team by calling 1-877-959-1234. Our Team members are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST, and will be happy to assist you. Please note that you will need the full name and email address associated with the Account and a valid street address where payment can be sent. Note that payments are made in US dollars only and must be sent to the Account holder at a valid U.S. street address.

Remember, in order to receive payment, you must complete this process with a member of our Team by 5 pm CST, March 9, 2022.

What Happens if I Don’t Complete the Payment Process by the Deadline?

After 5 pm CST, March 9, 2022, you will no longer be able to log into your Account. Additionally, the remaining Point balance in your Account will be set to zero Points and the Program will have officially concluded.

I’ve Completed the Process. When Can I Expect Payment?

We anticipate mailing checks out six to eight weeks after March 9, 2022.

I’ve Checked My Account. I Thought I Had More Points than are stated in my Account. What happened?

If your account was inactive for 396 days, any accumulated Points were re-set to zero. Inactive is defined as not having any purchase activity posted to your Account. If you believe an eligible purchase was incorrectly applied toward earning Points, please contact the Rejuvenate Consumer Care Team by calling 1-877-959-1234 during the hours stated above. Have the details of your purchases (including the dates of such purchases) handy when you call. Please note that we are unable to review requests for incorrectly applied purchases that are more than sixty (60) days after the date of the purchase.
